Revisando un post anterior decidi actualizar la información de Automatix que una herramienta muy indispensable a las hora de instalar Softwares que no se encuentran en los repositorios en una primera instancia. Además nos facilita mucho la búsqueda de paquetes necesarios. Para instalar nos bastara con un par de clics y listo además que en la lista vienen tanto aplicaciones para Gnome y Kde.
Ahora la instalación sera muy rápida y simple primero necesitamos descargar automatix (descargar) Una vez finalizada la descarga ejecutamos nuestro terminal en Aplicaciones - Accesorios - Terminal para verificar que esta aplicación esta en nuestra carpeta personal o en el Escritorio escribimos el comando ls y aparcera el siguiente archivo automatix2_1.1-4.3-7.04feisty_i386.deb de esta manera sabremos que vamos bien encaminados, y bueno ahora instalamos con el siguiente comando:
sudo dpkg -i automatix2_1.1-4.3-7.04feisty_i386.deb
Ahora ejecutamos Aplicaciones - Herramientas de Sistema - Automatix.
